Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel by sending us an e-mail to sales@thefairybag.com or from your online account. You must cancel by the 10th of the month  to avoid charges for that month. 

Once I subscribe, when will The Fairy Bag auto-draft my account?

Your account will be charged immediately for the amount of $9.99 plus tax and $2.90 shipping. We will ship the current month's box. Your account will be auto-drafted the 15th of the following month and every 15th. (Example Below)

You subscribe on the 5th & pay $9.99 at sign up. We will ship your first box on the 15th. The following month your account will be auto-drafted again on the 15th and we will send your next box. 

If you are purchasing just one bag, you will be charged immediately. There will be no-reoccurring charges. We will ship immediately.


When will The Fairy Bag Arrive?

Bags will arrive between the 18th and 21st of every month.


Are there refunds?

Our products are a very good quality. We do not offer refunds. Each item goes through a quality control process.  If there is a defective item in your box, please snap a picture and email to sales@thefairybag.com . We will send a new item to replace the defective one. 

Can I request a custom gift message?

Yes, you can. Please email us at sales@thefairybag.com with your gift message or input it at checkout.

Is my personal information protected? 

Your privacy is extremely important to us.  The Fairy Bag is a DBA of Espartako, LLC. This privacy policy is intended to give you confidence in the privacy and security of the personal information we obtain from you whether you are subscribing to The Fairy Bag, purchasing just one bag or communicating with us via social media.   We do not sell your personal information!   COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:  When you purchase our Products or Websites, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address,  email address or telephone number.  By giving us such information, you are consenting to our privacy policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at sales@thefairybag.com. 


How does The Fairy Bag use my personal information?

  We use personal information to allow us to process requests to your account, personalize your visit to our Websites, personalize your use of our Products, and enable us to improve the products and services we offer.  If you do not wish to receive such information, please e-mail sales@thefairybag.com.  

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

    We WILL NOT disclose your personal information to any third party unless you have consented to such disclosure or where we are required to do so by law. Should you breach our terms and conditions or terms of use or if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, we may disclose your information to a relevant authority. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Any disclosure of personal information will be strictly controlled and made fully in accordance with current U.S. law.   ANny changes in this policy will be comminucated to you via e-mail, unless you have opted out. In that case, we will mail you letter to the mailing address in your account. 


Is The Fairy Bag payment merchant secure?  

 All security on our Websites is treated seriously. Where applicable, we undertake security steps, including use of SSL technology on our back-end systems that store customer account information and to protect data transmissions.
